2. Products & Licences
All digital products sold through TwinWorks Labs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You receive a single-user licence upon purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, share login credentials, or reproduce any product or its contents in any form without express written permission from TwinWorks Labs.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. Prices are subject to change at any time; price changes do not affect existing purchases.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@twinworkslabs.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, copy, and code within our products and website are the exclusive property of TwinWorks Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TwinWorks Labs does not guarantee specific results from use of any product. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including effort, experience, and market conditions.
