1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and products accessed, to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process purchases and grant product access, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, password resets), improve the quality of our products and platform, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored securely via Supabase with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access.

4. Cookies

We use session cookies solely to keep you logged in to your account. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to sign in.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as required by law. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, and withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@twinworkslabs.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our products and services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
